Bill Burley is a world renound tree climber and operations expert. He has an astonishing 30 year history in the tree industry. Bill currently serves as a trainer for Noble Oak Safety & Training and is a member of the Teufelberger Ambassador team. His list of qualifications include ISA Certified Arborist/ISA Certified Tree Climber Specialist/OSHA 30 card/EHAP, Aerial Rescue, First Aid, BLS, and CPR instructor/Qualified Line Clearance Arborist/Certified Tree Care Safety Professional to name a few. Bill has worked internationally for tree work and is one of the few arborists in the world who performs highly hazardous tree removals by helicopter. Beyond his impressive list of qualifications, Bill is highly passionate about proper tree care and holds his pruning practices to a high standard. His 30 years of industry experience come with a wealth of knowledge related to trees and their needs.

Thomas Guarneri is an ISA certified arborist who received his Bachelors Degree in Plant Science from Cal Poly Pomona. Thomas has spent several years in the commercial tree service industry and is highly passionate about trees and their proper maintenance and care. He holds a D49/C61 Contractors License and has past experience managing tree plans for everything from government contracts to luxury estates. With his formal education and training, he is specialized in areas including plant nutrition, tree diseases and treatments, tree planting, and proper arboriculture practices. He resides in Redlands, CA and has a passion for preserving the trees in the community.
