Thomas Guarneri
OWNER / MANAGING MEMBER
ISA Certified Arborist #WE-12749AThomas Guarneri is an ISA certified arborist who received his Bachelors Degree in Plant Science from Cal Poly Pomona. Thomas has worked several years in the tree service industry and is highly passionate about proper tree maintenance and care. He holds a D49/C61 Contractors License and has past experience managing tree plans for everything from government contracts to luxury estates. With his formal education and training, he is specialized in areas including plant nutrition, tree diseases and treatments, tree planting, and proper arboriculture practices. He resides in Redlands, CA and has a passion for preserving the trees in the community.

Kelly Covey
MANAGING MEMBER
ISA Certified Arborist #WE-13454AUKelly Covey is an ISA certified arborist, Urban Forest Professional, TCIA Tree Care Safety Specialist, Qualified Tree Risk Assessor, OSHA Trainer, and Utility Forester. Kelly is a resident of Redlands, California who has always been motivated and passionate to serve his community. Kelly worked 17 years in emergency healthcare, volunteered during hurricane Katrina, taught and trained EMT’s firefighters, and trained to be a community disaster response team member. Fate led Kelly to arboriculture where for a decade his patients have been his trees and the urban forest. Care for the community, its residents, and its urban forest is a generational legacy that Kelly is proud to provide to both his children and the clients he serves.

Steven Guarneri
FIRE PREVENTION AND COMPLIANCE DIRECTOR
ISA Certified Arborist # WE-13523ASteven Guarneri is an ISA certified arborist and Qualified Tree Risk Assessor. He is a resident of Big Bear Lake, California where he enjoys spending time with his wife and kids. Steven is a California Fireman and has aided in many efforts to protect life, property, and natural resources. Through his experience in battling catastrophic fires, he has developed a passion in educating the public on how to better prevent destructive fires and prepping their homes in the event of a wildfire. Steven has successfully aided property management companies in mitigating their fire risk ranging from residential, commercial to government contracts. He enjoys being outdoors and observing nature, especially in the county of San Bernardino where he grew up.
